Liability Release and Waiver Form

WHEREAS, I am

; and,

WHEREAS, I acknowledge I am participating in hunting, shooting, farming, agricultural practices, control burning, and other outdoor activities that carry an inherent risk of injury, at property owned by Turkey Ridge Plantation, LLC and (hereinafter "property"); and,

WHEREAS, I hereby agree that there is a risk associated with hunting, shooting, farming and control farms; and,

NOW, THEREFORE, as a condition of my participation in the activities referenced, I on behalf of myself, my heirs, and assigns expressly agree to forever discharge, waive, and release, Turkey Ridge Plantation, LLC, and their owners, successors and assigns from any and all claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions or causes of action, on account of any injury and/or damage from, any mishap, accident, loss, damage or injury suffered by myself or others resulting from, connected with, hunting, farming, agricultural practices, falls from deer stands, participating in control burns, or any similar activities.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Turkey Ridge Plantation, LLC, its owners, management, staff, servants, agents, employees, their successors and assigns from any and all claims, losses or liability arising from any and all claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions or causes of action, on account of any injury and/or damage from, any mishap, accident, loss, damage or injury suffered by myself or others resulting from, on in connection with, hunting, shooting, farming, agricultural practices, falls from deer stands, participating in control burns or any similar activities.
